ประวัติ

Hakon Wium Lie เสนอ CSS ในปี 1994 ที่ CERN CSS1 เผยแพร่ในปี 1996 CSS2 ในปี 1998 และ CSS3 แนะนำข้อกำหนดแบบโมดูลที่ยังคงพัฒนาอยู่ในปัจจุบัน
